First off, the tuning is down half-a-step (E flat).  And no drop D.

The verses alternate between Em and A.  The melody line like this:

D  –  16  14 12 11 11 12 14 14 12 11
A 14   –   –   –   0   0   0   0   0   0   0
E  0    0   0   0   –   –   –   –   –   –   –

Repeat.

The choruses alternate between D and Am.

After the 2nd chorus the chords are as follows:

A - C - A - C
A - Cm - G - Cm
G - A - C - F

Then back to the D to Am motif through to the end.
